Chi Nei Tsang

An ancient Taoist monk abdominal massage based in Chinese 5 element theory.

In a more modern sense, the abdomen is considered the 2nd brain because it produces most of our neurotransmitters.

What are the benefits of Chi Nei Tsang?
.

  • Calms the mind and emotions

  • Enhances sleep

  • Acts on all the internal organs to detoxify and improve digestion

  • Reduces abdominal pain

  • Helps with painful periods.

What to Expect

Lying on the back, clothed or not, with a support under the knees as is comfortable.

Can be added on to a regular massage session. Using oil, circular strokes are done over the internal organs and whole torso.
Even though the contact is light and adapted to the comfort of the client, it has the capacity to release tension deep in the body and is very relaxing.

Testimonials

Each massage experience with Lyn is unique. Before the session, an interview of a few minutes allows Lyn to think of a massage that is totally personalized and adapted to the needs of the moment.

I particularly appreciate belly massages, which, while being very dynamic, provide lasting relief.

Delphine

When I met Lyn, through a mutual friend, I told her that I was the perfect guinea pig for “Chi Nei Tsang” belly massages. It may sound pretentious but when you have had recurrent stomach aches for years, you know when something can do you good! And this is what happened with deep massages that provide immediate and lasting well-being and relaxation of body and mind.

Thank you Lyn for your professionalism, your sensitivity, your attentive listening to my needs, and your magic hands!
